We take pride in the fact that we are making history for the fourth decade in a row as one of the regional leaders in mattress production - a wire „bonnell“ spring cores and a complete assortment of sleep-related products. The family company “Philip&Co Filipović” d.o.o was founded on the November 19, 1991. Its slogan “Quality above all”, which we have adhered to since the production of the first wire spring core, illustrates our brand's identity, our philosophy and our business goals. The company's headquarters is located in Sremska Mitrovica, a city rich in ancient heritage, built on the site of one of the four capitals of the Roman Empire — the ancient city of “Sirmium”. As the need for adequate sleeping space and surface evolved from ancient times to today (the predecessor to the contemporary mattress was the Roman “Culcita”, from the Latin word “coleus”, which literally denotes a stuffed bag, with its quality and means of production being determined by social status), so has our smaller manufacturing workshop for producing wire “bonnell” spring cores evolved into a new and contemporary production facility; designed and equipped according to European standards and fully qualified to meet any challenge.

A sizeable and noteworthy segment of the company's business involves supplying various establishments which offer accommodation services. We supply them with mattresses and a complete assortment of other sleep-related products such as mattress toppers, covers, pillows, etc. The accommodation establishments we supply are hotels of various categorizations (2*, 3*, 4* and 5* hotels, boutique” hotels, bed and breakfast (garni) hotels, apartment hotels, motels, tourist resorts, etc.) We also supply student centers and dormitories, sports centers, nursing homes, correctional facilities and so on. The company collaborates with architects and interior designers from the project design phase and the joint professional analysis of the mattress' technical specifications all the way to expert consultations from the manufacturer's aspect - with the aim of ensuring the optimal selection of the mattress model according to the function and categorization of each establishment.
