Spring Production
Our factory offers a wide range of springs for the furniture and mattress industry. The springs are defined by three dimensions. 1. Wire diameter: In our production process, we currently use two wire diameters: Ø2.2 mm and Ø2.4 mm, with tensile strength ranging from 1620/1670 to 1820/1870 N/mm². Upon customer request, springs can also be manufactured using other wire diameters. The wire used for spring production complies with the DIN 17222 standard. 2. Height: We manufacture springs in heights ranging from 9 to 14 cm. The spring height also depends on the number of coils: - 4 coils – heights from 8 to 12 cm. - 5 coils – heights from 12 to 14 cm. - 6 coils – heights from 15 to 16 cm. 3. Diameter: The internal diameter range in which we can produce our springs is between 76 mm and 88 mm, depending on customer requirements. Quality testing was performed by the IMS Institute AD, Belgrade.

Production of Bonnell Spring Units
Our technical staff is capable of producing both standard and custom-sized Bonnell spring units according to customer requirements. The production of Bonnell spring units is controlled according to international standards at each stage of the manufacturing process. Bonnell spring units can vary in wire diameter, unit size, and height.
1. Wire diameter: In our production process, we currently use two wire diameters: Ø2.2 and Ø2.4. However, upon customer request, springs can also be made from other wire diameters.
2. Based on the spring diameter, Bonnell spring units can have a different number of rows and columns.
3. Height: We manufacture Bonnell spring units in heights ranging from 8 to 16 cm.
Zoned Bonnell Units – These can be produced using different wire diameters, spring diameters, heights, numbers of rows and columns, and various zone layouts. Bonnell Units with Flat Steel Strip – We also offer the option of reinforcing Bonnell units with a steel strip. The steel strip used is 10×1.4 mm, cold-rolled, with rounded edges, compliant with DIN10132-1 and 4/EN 10140 standards, and has a tensile strength of 1,450–1,700 N/mm².
Quality testing was conducted by the IMS Institute AD, Belgrade.
PACKAGING
We pack the springs on pallets, then secure them with safety straps and wrap them in stretch film. The wire Bonnell units are compressed into rolls and packed in PP fabric.
